Community Notice: Implementation of New ProPhoenix Software

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you about the implementation of the ProPhoenix software at the Pennington County Law Enforcement Center. This advanced software will significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our public safety operations. Key features of the ProPhoenix software include:

  • Law Records Management
  • Corrections Management
  • Computer Aided Dispatch
  • Citizen Services Program-
    • Crime Mapping: Access detailed maps and statistics of local crime incidents to stay informed.
    • Online Reporting: Report non-emergency incidents such as theft or vandalism online, making the process more convenient and efficient.
    • Anonymous Tips: Submit tips anonymously to assist law enforcement in maintaining community safety.
    • Emergency Information: Provide critical medical and emergency information that first responders can access en route to an incident.

We believe that the ProPhoenix software will foster greater community involvement and ensure a safer environment for all residents. More information on how to access these services will be available soon.

With this software comes a new format for the Pennington County Corrections online inmate list. To see the current in-custody list, go to https://incustodysearch.penningtonsheriff.org/ and click on the search button to see a complete listing. This site is still under construction and will have more features coming soon.

Thank you for your continued support.
