The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office offers fingerprinting services for the general public who are required to submit them for a job application, licensing, etc., as well as pre-employment fingerprinting for both Pennington County and the City of Thief River Falls. No appointments are needed within normal scheduled fingerprinting hours.
Persons requesting services will be required to provide one form of photo identification such as a current driver’s license, state issued identification card, military identification or valid passport.
Most fingerprints are collected using a computer-based printing software that does not require ink. Fingerprint cards are provided for those who do not have their own. Please do not write on any print cards as the software prints the information in the boxes appropriately.
The cost to the public is $15.00/card. Payment of cash or check can be accepted.
We offer fingerprinting on:
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays.
